Individual Therapy Individual therapy is offered for individuals to work through concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, ADHD, life transitions, as well as a variety of other difficulties. At times a family member may attend a session to provide feedback to the therapist. Patients will develop a treatment plan with their
therapist addressing their individual goals.
Family Therapy Family therapy is often suggested when an individual’s concerns affect or are affected by their home environment. “Family” can refer to parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, guardians, or anyone that the individual feels should be included. Family therapy can be an addition to someone’s individual treatment plan.
Marriage Counseling Marriage counseling is offered at BMC-Troy, however this is not a covered benefit. Patient’s who wish to participate in marriage counseling will be responsible for the cost.

Click here for additional general information about the Quotient test.
The Quotient ADHD System is a 15-20 minute test that can assist in the diagnosis of ADHD. The system works by monitoring an individual’s movement and focus while they observe changing visuals on a screen. This information is a very useful tool in the diagnosis of ADHD and is the first test of its kind! Please call the office if you would like more information about this innovative and unique opportunity. Some insurance plans recognize this service so we encourage you to contact your insurance company for your specific benefits.

One of the most supportive and healing experiences for females of any age is to join a group of other females who have the same struggles. A girls support group can be a "safe" place to talk about worries and to learn about ways to manage problems.
